Manual Login to the Oasis Travel Mobile App Using Trip Name and PIN

This article covers the original method for accessing a trip in the Oasis Travel Mobile App using a Trip Name and PIN.

A newer option is now available that allows travelers to access their trip directly from their email without entering any details. This one-click login experience provides a faster and more direct way to get started.

If you prefer to continue using the manual login method, follow the steps below.

Step 1. Obtain your Trip Number and Pin Code

You can find your Trip Number and Pin Code in the Welcome Email you received.  If you have not received the Welcome Email, contact your Travel Specialist directly.  They can provide you with your trip credentials.

Step 2. Download the Oasis Travel App

If you have an iPhone or iPad, download the app here: App Store Download

For Android devices, download the app here: Google Play Store Download

Step 3. Open the App and Enter your Trip Credentials

Find the newly installed app on your device and tap to open it.

Enter your Trip Name and Pin Code

Step 4. Tap Continue to download your trip information

It is recommended that you connect to a Wi-Fi connection before continuing.

Step 5. Wait for your trip information to download

This step can take a few minutes, make sure you keep the app open until it completes.
