Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to invite clients to the Mobile App in the Oasis Travel Platform.
1. Begin by navigating to the Leads tab, then search for a lead associated with your client's booking.
Note: We recommend setting the final trip to "Confirmed" before inviting clients to use the app. This ensures that the correct final trip is utilized and that credentials are generated correctly. Please remember, only Lead Bookings with a Confirmed Status can be viewed on the Mobile App. |
2. Now, click on the Clients tab, so we can see the list of passengers going on this trip.
3. To send instructions to the passenger, simply click on the mobile icon next to their name. This action triggers an email containing links and detailed instructions for downloading the app, along with login information.
4. Here is an example of the email your client will receive, featuring the Trip Name and Pin Code required to access the trip. Quick links to download the app from either the app store or play store are provided at the bottom for convenience.
5. Should your client misplace their trip name or pin code, or if you simply wish to download and preview the trip, click on the App Info icon. This will display the trip name and Pin Code for easy reference.
