Mobile - How to Invite Clients to the Mobile App

This guide walks through how to invite clients to access their trip in the Oasis Travel Mobile App using the latest one-click login experience. 


1. Begin by navigating to the Leads tab, then search for a lead associated with your client's booking. 


Note: Only Lead Bookings that have a Confirmed Status can be viewed on the Mobile App





2. Now, click on the Clients tab, to see the list of passengers on this trip.




3. To send access instructions, click the mobile icon next to the passenger’s name. This sends an email invitation with everything your client needs to access their trip. 




The email includes a button labeled Open App and Sign In. When tapped on a mobile device, it opens the Mobile App and signs the traveler directly into their trip without requiring any manual entry.




If the app is not installed, the button will guide them to download it. Once installed, they can return to the email and tap the button again to access their trip.



4. The email also includes the Trip Name and Pin Code as a secondary login option. Clients can manually enter these details in the app if needed. 




App Store and Google Play download links are included for quick access.



5. If your client misplaces their Trip Name or Pin Code, or if you want to preview the trip, click the App Info icon. This displays the trip details for easy reference.
