Sharing Client Records with Partners

Learn how to Invite a Partner to ShareSharing client records with partners ensures that traveler details are accessible across companies when collaborating on a booking. Follow the steps below based on whether your partner has an Oasis account.


Sharing Client Records with Professional Partners


If your partner has a professional Oasis account, open the Lead Booking for the trip. Select the Client tab to view all clients and passengers associated with the lead. Confirm that all client details are entered correctly. At the top of the Client section, click Share Client Records





From the dropdown, select the partner company you want to share the client records with, then complete the action.






Sharing a Trip with a Partner


If you also need to share the itinerary, open the Trip in the Trip Builder. Navigate to the Sharing tab and use the Share option to send the itinerary to your partner. Sharing the itinerary and sharing client records are separate actions and must both be completed when needed. ( Learn how to Invite a Partner to Share )





Sharing Client Records with Non-Subscribers 


If your partner does not have an Oasis account, open the Lead Booking and go to the Client tab. Use the export option to download the client list as a CSV or XLS file. Send this file directly to your partner so they can access or upload the client information in their own system.
