Access Trips on the Oasis Travel Mobile App

Travelers can access their trip on the Oasis Travel Mobile App directly from their invitation email, providing quick entry into itineraries, documents, trip details, flight information, and more, all in one place.

The primary way to access the app is by using the one-click login link included in the email. An alternate option is also available, allowing travelers to sign in manually using their Trip Name and PIN code when needed. (Jump to Manual Login )

Automatic Login

Step 1: Download or Update the Oasis Travel Mobile App

For an iPhone or iPad, download the app here: App Store Download
For Android devices, download the app here: Google Play Store Download

Step 2: Tap “Open App and Sign In”

NOTE:

If the app is already installed and up to date, the trip will open automatically.
If the app is installed but outdated, update the app, then return to the email and tap the button again.
If the app is not installed, the button will redirect to the App Store or Google Play for download.

If the link is opened on a desktop or laptop, a webpage will display the Trip Name and PIN code along with instructions to download the Oasis Travel Mobile App. The automatic login feature will not function on desktop browsers.

To access the trip on a computer, contact the travel advisor for a web itinerary link.

Travelers can still manually sign in using the Trip Name and PIN code provided in the email if needed.

Once the App has been downloaded and opened, simply enter the Trip Name and Pin Code exactly as it appears with no additional spaces after either. It is also recommended that you connect to a Wi-Fi connection before continuing.

Offline Access

Once logged in, trip details are downloaded to the device and can be accessed without Wi-Fi.
