How to Collect and Store Client Credit Cards.

Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to Collect and Store Client Credit Cards in the Oasis Travel Platform.


Note: Special permissions are required to access the credit cards module in Oasis. Please reach out for assistance if you need to store client credit cards.



1.  To Save a Credit Card for a Client, navigate to the desired client and click on the "Credit Cards" tab. From there, you can easily add the payment method by clicking the "Add Card" button.

2.  Fill out the card details and click Add to append the list of saved credit cards.

3.  Once saved, the card will be stored in the list along with the name, billing address, last four digits of the card number, expiration month, and expiration year.

4.  By clicking on the blue View button, a popup will show the complete credit card number, expiration date, and security code. All Credit Card information is securely stored by a third-party service with full encryption measures in place.

5.  Delete any credit cards by clicking the yellow Delete Button.

6.  To securely obtain your clients' credit card information, navigate to Clients on the left-hand menu, then select Credit Cards and choose Live Form.

7.  In the new window, you can save and share the Forms URL with any client from whom you wish to obtain credit card information. Clients can then fill out the form and submit it.





8.  Credit Card Form Submissions can be found under the Clients' credit card submissions tab on the left. From here, you can link it to the client, or if needed, simply delete the submission.

9.  To link the submission to an existing client, search for the client's name and click "Save", This will add the credit card details to the client.

10.  To adjust the content before the fields and in the terms and conditions section at the bottom, navigate to Company Profile, then click on the Custom Content tab, and finally the Credit Card Form tab. Here, you'll find the custom content section for the credit card form, including the Terms and Conditions, which you can customize as needed.
