Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to Merge Client Records in the Oasis Travel Platform.
1. Merging client records allows you to make sure your CRM system only has one record per client. If there are two records for the same client, you can merge them into one record. Choose the client record that is the most up to date or accurate to merge.
2. With the main contact open, click on the Merge button in the top right hand corner.
3. Select the Merge Into option for the duplicate client. Upon saving, any conflicting data will be overwritten, consolidating the clients into a single record.
4. After merging the client records, the History tab will contain all the details from the original records. Keep in mind, the "Old Value" represents the previous record's data, while the "New Value" shows the updated merged information.
