Accommodation - any form of overnight lodging (hotels, lodges, etc) which is attached to individuals days within a trip itinerary


Account - User account indicates the User’s information and Dashboard list


Client -  A record of the contact and personal information for each individual customer. Includes a link to each lead associated with the client. 


Client Invoice - Accounts Receivable.Each confirmed trip will have client bills attached to the lead linked to the trip. 


Company - Your company’s identity within the Oasis system. Company details such as profile, design, custom content, lists and custom fields all fall under your specific company’s identity

Component - A service that is part of a Multi Day Tour (MDT)


Content - Includes reusable information and templates such as trip introduction, destination information (such as city or region), inclusions/exclusion templates

Conversion Rate - Rate at which a currency is converted to USD

Cost Type - Trip Costs as per a specific service such as ground costs, airfare costs, etc.,

CRM - Client Relationship Management. Includes Clients and Leads

Currency - The original currency a trip has been quoted in by the supplier

Custom Field - A field that is customizable to each company within Clients, Leads, and Trips modules


Custom List - Customizable drop down lists for specific fields


Dashboard - The main page of the user interface. It includes specific dashlets as per the account configuration

Dashlet - A individual panel on the dashboard that shows specific information including sales, pipeline, tables, graphs and/or jot pad


Data Integration - Incorporating company specific records into the Oasis platform including client, lead, trip, images, and supplier records

Date of Last Contact (DOLC) - Date that a client or lead was last contacted

Factor - In trip costs, the factor is in which you multiply the NETT costs. For example if Nett pricing is per person, the factor would be how many people are going on the trip.

Field - is an individual data point within a record

Financials - All costs, client invoices, and supplier bills associated with a lead

Fuzzy Search - Searchability using partial information to find a record. Indicated in a beige color on search prompts

Hierarchy - the relationships between each module of the Oasis system
 

History - Field changes made within the oasis system including the old value, new value, timestamp and user who made the change.

Image - A photograph that is linked to an Itinerary, a service, a content, or accommodation

Knowledge Base - A collection of documentation and how to articles to help support Oasis users

Lead - Each booking or potential booking consisting of the booking’s general information, clients and trips associated with the booking and all financial information linked to confirmed trips.

Link - A link is a connection between 2 modules. Clients can be linked to Leads, Trips can be linked to leads, suppliers can be linked to services, suppliers can be linked to costs, suppliers can be linked to invoices

Margin - The difference between the NETT costs and the Rack costs

Merge - In the client module, merging 2 client records combines them into one record

Metadata - Fields used for searchability within the Oasis system

Misc. - A tab found in the Client, Lead and Trip modules that is specific to your company’s custom content

Module - A specific aspect of the oasis system that has an assigned function

NETT - In pricing, the NETT costs are the costs sent from the supplier, minus commission

Panel - Within a record, a panel is a group of similar fields

Profile - Company profile is where your company’s system admin can alter your company’s customizable information.

Prompt - A pop out to either create or link a record to another record 


Rack - In pricing, the Rack is the published rate of the trip which is calculated by multiplying the NETT costs by the margin.

Record - Is a specific groupings of fields or actions such as client record, lead record, trip record

Report - A snapshot in time that shows data


Service - A building block of a trip that is included in the trip costs. Services can be transportation, tours, bus tickets, train tickets, domestic flights, international flights. 


Status - The current standing of a Lead or Trip. Lead’s Sales Status is the last contact form performed. Trip Status is marked as either Active, Inactive, Confirmed, Master, Multi Day Tour, Legacy or In Progress

Supplier

Supplier Invoice - Accounts Payable to the Supplier. Each confirmed trip will have a supplier invoice attached to the lead it is linked to. 


Tab - Trip Panels can have multiple tabs, each tab shows a grouping of relevant fields

Template - The content building block can be used as a template for Trip introductions, Inclusions, Exclusions. For Trip building, this includes free day descriptions or location description

Ticket - A Support feature that allows you to ask a question or bring up an issue on the Oasis system to a support staff

Trip - A specific multi day itinerary attached to a Lead.

Trip Building - The act of creating a trip


Trip Building Blocks - Individual segments of a trip including Services, Content, and Accommodations

Version - In trip itineraries. A version is metadata that can be used to differentiate between different trips assigned to a Lead.
