Each Dashlet can be added, removed, or reordered at any time, and because they're tied to individual user logins, they stay personalized to your role and workflow. JotPad
A personal notepad built directly into your dashboard, offering a quick and easy space to keep track of notes, reminders, or in-the-moment thoughts. Whether you’re managing client details, planning tasks, or leaving yourself a quick message for later, the JotPad keeps everything within reach without needing to leave the platform. It’s especially helpful when working across CRM records, itineraries, or financial tools, letting you keep relevant notes right where you need them.




Recent Edited
The Recent Edited Dashlet gives you a live view of the trips and services that have been updated most recently, so you can quickly get back to what you or your team were last working on. It tracks changes across all trips, regardless of lead sales stage or trip status, making it a powerful way to stay on top of active work, client changes, or collaborative updates.




Sales Tiles (User)
The Sales Tiles Dashlet gives individual users a snapshot of their current lead pipeline, broken down by sales stage. Each tile displays the number of active leads and the total open value associated with them, making it easy to see how much potential revenue is in play.




Pipeline Table (Company)
The Pipeline Table gives a comprehensive, at-a-glance overview of each team member’s current sales pipeline across all lead stages. This Dashlet lists individual agents along with the total number of leads they’re managing, how many are open, which stages they’re in, and the associated pipeline value.




Sales Tiles (Company)
The Sales Tiles Dashlet provides a quick snapshot of your company’s total pipeline, showing how much open revenue is currently sitting in each stage of the sales process. It’s an easy way to monitor overall sales health and see where opportunities are stacking up.




Sales Dashlets
Breaks your lead pipeline into individual, stage-specific sections so you can monitor every part of your sales flow in real time. Each Dashlet corresponds to a sales stage and lists the leads currently in that stage along with key info like source, status, and last contact.




Pipeline Graph (User)
The Pipeline Graph gives each user a clear visual summary of their monthly sales activity. Each bar represents the total sales volume for a given month, with an overlay that highlights gross margin performance. Hovering over any bar reveals a detailed breakdown including totals and margin data.




Pipeline Graph (Company)
The Pipeline Graph gives a company-wide view of total sales performance, displaying monthly revenue in a clean, interactive bar chart. Hovering over each bar reveals deeper insight, including confirmed bookings, net sales, margins, and percentages.




Bill & Invoices
The Bills & Invoices Dashlet offers a clear, time-based visual of your outgoing and incoming payments. The bar chart separates invoices and bills into paid and unpaid categories. Hovering over each bar reveals totals for that month, giving a quick snapshot of your cash flow activity.

Recontact (This Week)
The Recontact Dashlet shows a personalized list of leads that are due for follow-up within the current week. Pulled from the Lead Booking record, it includes details like last contact, sales stage, and trip start, helping you stay proactive and consistent with client engagement. Clients can be added to this dashlet using the Re-contact field in the Status Info area of the Lead Booking.




Upcoming Trips (User - 2 Months)
This highlights any confirmed trips scheduled to start within the next 60 days. It displays lead source, stage, destination, and trip start to help you stay prepared for what’s approaching.




Upcoming Trips (Company - 2 Months)
This provides a company-wide view of all confirmed trips starting within the next 60 days. It helps teams monitor upcoming departures and support bookings that are about to go live.




Upcoming Trips (Company - 4 Months)
This extends visibility to all confirmed trips starting within the next 120 days across the company. It supports operational planning and helps with medium-term workload forecasting.




Unassigned Leads
This lists all leads that have not yet been assigned to a specific user. It helps managers distribute new inquiries quickly and ensures no opportunities are left unattended.




Sales Tiles & Lists
This combines high-level sales metrics with detailed lead tracking across three tabs: Year to Date, Month to Date, and Pipeline. Each tab offers a list view of leads relevant to that timeframe or stage, along with totals and detailed breakdowns.




Upcoming Supplier Bills (60 Days)
This displays supplier bills due within the next 60 days. It includes lead and agent associations, payment details, and currency info to help you manage upcoming obligations.

Upcoming Client Payments (90 Days)
This lists client payments scheduled within the next 90 days. The pay date and status can be edited directly, and each lead name links to the Lead Record for quick access.

Upcoming Supplier Bills (90 Days)
This shows supplier bills due within the next 90 days. Like the 60-day version, it includes editable fields and links to lead records, but offers more lead time for planning.

Currently Traveling Leads (Company)
This shows all company-wide leads with a trip currently in progress. It helps your team stay aware of travelers on the ground and ready to assist if needed.




Currently Traveling Leads (User)
This lists all leads assigned to you who are currently traveling. It helps you keep track of who is mid-trip and ensures you’re ready to provide support if needed.




Upcoming Tasks (Next 7 Days)
This Dashlet shows your active tasks due within the next seven days. The name, due date, and description are all editable, and the associated lead links directly to the record.

Sales Tiles & Lists (Date Booked)
This version of the Sales Tiles & Lists Dashlet is based on the Date Booked field. It includes the same three-tab structure and displays sales activity sorted by booking date.




Upcoming Client Birthdays (Next 30 Days)
This shows clients with birthdays coming up in the next 30 days. It includes a direct link to the client record, making it easy to send a personal message or greeting.




Upcoming Trip Client Passport Expirations
This highlights clients with confirmed trips whose passports will expire within the next six months. It’s a helpful tool for catching issues before they affect travel plans.
