How to View, Edit and Email an Invoice.

Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to Edit, View and Email an Invoice in the Oasis Travel Platform.

1.  Begin by locating the Lead Booking you wish to view, edit or send an invoice for. Once found, click on the lead booking to open it.

2.  Next, click on the Financials Tab

3.  Under the Client Payments, click on Invoice, then Edit.

4.  Here, you can edit the Invoice Date, and enter custom content in the Invoice Introduction or at the End of the Invoice.

5.  To View or Print the Invoice, click on one of the Web Invoice buttons.

6.  Here is an example of an itinerary. 




7.  There are two ways to display Unpaid Invoices. 


First is you can schedule specific payments for each passenger. 

For example: here each passenger has a specific payment amount.

The Second way is to simply schedule the amount due, leaving the first and last name blank. This will display "Unpaid" instead of a specific name on the invoice.

8.  If you want to Send the Invoice via Email, you'll click either of the Send Email buttons.

9. Here's an example of what the client would see. It presents their trip details and Invoice in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for payments to be processed.
