Defined


  • Client Invoices are all payments associated with a lead upon confirming a trip



Relationships


  • All Confirmed Trips need to have Client Invoices added to the Lead's Financials Tab

  • Client Invoices need to be marked as Paid, Unpaid, or Pending

  • When a payment is made by a lead, it needs to be recorded as either a deposit or final payment

  • All RACK Costs need to allocated to one or more client invoice

  • For Booking Confirmation, a client invoice needs to be created for Final Payment with the correct pay date
