Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to Edit or Configure a Lead Source in the Oasis Travel Platform.
1. First, Navigate to the Company Profile located toward the bottom of the left hand menu, then click on the Lists tab on the right.
2. Now, locate the Lead Source from the List, then click Search.
3. To add a list item to the Lead Source, click the green Add button and enter a new Lead Source Name and Lead Group.
4. The Lead Source refers to the origin of the lead, indicating where it originated from, such as a webinar, lead form submission, or website interaction.
5. Lead Sources can be categorized into Lead Groups to enhance reporting capabilities. For instance, lead sources like Partner A, Partner B, and Partner C can be grouped under an umbrella category named "Partners." This allows for more comprehensive reporting and analysis.
6. The Information Panel below the search bar, you'll find explanations for actions like Delete, Edit and Reassign.
