Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to Edit Basic Lists in the Oasis Travel Platform.
1. First, click on Company Profile located near the bottom of the left hand column menu. Then click on the Lists tab near the top right.
2. From here you can select the List from the dropdown to edit, then click Search to see the results.

3. With the List open, you can Add new list items using the green Add button in the top right hand corner.
4. For each list item you can:
Delete: Removes the selected list item from all associated records, setting its value to empty.
Edit: Updates all records with the new value for the selected item.
Reassign: Sets all records with the current value to the new specified value, grouping them together.
For example: If you have a list of leads with the source labeled as "Referral A" and you reassign them to "Referral B," all records previously labeled as "Referral A" will now be grouped under "Referral B."
5. Certain list items will be designated as "Locked," indicating they are system fields and cannot be modified. These fields are integral to reporting and other functionalities within Oasis.

6. Within the Information Panel below the search bar, you'll find explanations for actions like Delete, Edit, or Reassign. Additionally, it houses other important details such as for the Cost Type list which includes other list details.
