How to Schedule Passenger Notifications in the Oasis Travel App.

Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to schedule a mobile notification for a lead booking in the Oasis Travel Platform.


The Oasis Travel App allows you to schedule notifications that can contain a variety of messages tailored to your traveler's needs. For example, you can send a reminder to check in for their flight, inform them about a gate change, provide weather updates for their destination, or offer personalized travel tips such as local dining recommendations or to tip their driver. These messages can be pre-set to deliver at any specified date, time, and timezone. These notifications are designed to be received even without internet access, ensuring the traveler stays informed at all times. To make the most of this feature, it's advisable to schedule notifications before inviting travelers to download the app, ensuring they receive all the necessary information right from the start.


1. First, navigate to the Lead Booking by clicking on the Leads tab on the left column. Then, search for and open the lead booking you wish to schedule a notification for.

2.  Click on the Notifications Tab under the Lead Information header.

3.  Any existing or pending notifications will display in the list.

4.  Click the Schedule a Notification button to create a new notification.

5.  Get creative in the popup by crafting the perfect message to send to your travelers. Select the date and time for delivery, and don't forget to choose the right time zone to ensure your message arrives precisely when it's needed most.

6. Your new scheduled notifications will be appended to the bottom of the list. You have the options to delete or edit the notifications on the right.
