How to Add Dates, Times, or Make a Service Optional

Step 1. Navigate to the Detailed View Tabo of the Trip's Itinerary

Step 2: Choose the field you wish to change.

Start Time, Start Location, End Time and End Location can be added using the custom variables to a service. Add the following to be able to alter the Detailed View:

To be able to use these features, you have to include the corresponding Custom Variables in the body of the service description

Custom variables:

{start_time_of_day}

{start_time}

{end_time_of_day}

{end_time}

{in_start_location}

{from_start_location}

{in_end_location}

{to_end_location}

{duration}

An Example of this is Airport Transfers, see below:

In Detail View of the trip Itinerary, Fill out the Start Location, Start Time, End Location, End Time, and Indicate that times should appear on the itinerary

This will allow you to alter the detailed information within a service.
