How to Use the Client Document Uploader

The Document Uploader is an additional form option available under the Traveler Form menu. It is an additional form specifically designed for uploading documents.


The Document Uploader is located in the left side menu under Clients then under Traveler Form.



On the Document Uploader page, enter a Traveler Name to identify who the document relates to, enter a Document Name, and select a file to upload. PDF documents and images are supported, with a maximum file size of 20 MB. Click Upload Document to complete the upload.



After a document is uploaded, the Traveler Name remains populated. This allows additional documents to be uploaded for the same traveler by changing only the Document Name and selecting a new file. To upload documents for a different traveler, update the Traveler Name and continue. 


After each successful upload an email notification is sent.



Uploaded documents can be reviewed under Clients >> Traveler Form >> Submissions. Traveler form entries remain at the top of the page. Documents uploaded through the Document Uploader that have not yet been associated with a client appear below under Unlinked Documents.



Unlinked Documents display the upload date, traveler name, document name, and document type. Each document can be viewed or linked to a client. Once linked, the document is attached to the client record and removed from the Unlinked Documents list. The Document then can be found under the Client in the Documents Tab.
