How to Send a Receipt

Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to Send a Receipt in the Oasis Travel Platform.

1.  First, open up the Lead Booking in need of a Receipt. Then Click on the Financials tab.



Navigate to Financials


2.  Scrolling to the Client Payments section, click on the blue envelope next to the payment you want a receipt to be sent from.



Click Blue Envelope


3. Simply enter the recipients Name and Email address and click Submit. See the bottom of the help article for an example image.

4. Here is an example of a Receipt the Client will Receive.






Note: When using Stripe or Flywire integrations for payments, receipts are automatically generated and sent to the payer once the transaction is completed. This ensures timely and accurate proof of payment, enhancing the overall efficiency of the payment process.
