How to Export Client Manifests.

Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to Export Client Manifests in the Oasis Travel Platform.

Note: Dates in CSV downloads appear as text (e.g., Jun 16, 2018) to ensure clarity for international suppliers. However, when exporting to Excel, these text dates can be converted to actual dates (based on your Excel settings). You can easily reformat them in Excel as needed.

1.  First, navigate to the Lead Booking you want to export the manifest for, then click on the Client tab.

2.  Under this tab, Make sure you have all your Clients and Passengers added first. Then click on either the Export CSV or, Export XLS button to download the manifest of your choice.

3.  If you wish to download a client manifest from a Group, navigate to the Groups tab on the left and search for and open the Groups Booking.

4.  Under the Passengers section, you have the options of exporting the manifest as an Excel CSV, or, an Excel XLS file.
