How to Update the Sales Stage List

Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to change the Sales Stage option in the Oasis Travel Platform.

1. To begin, navigate to the Company Profile tab on the left, then click on Lists, and then search for Sales Stage in the drop down, then click Search.



2. Displayed here will be your current Sales Stages. You can edit, delete or add sales stages.

Delete: When you delete something from this list, everything linked to it becomes empty.

Edit: When you change something on this list, all the connected information gets updated.

Reassign: If you change something on this list to match another item, all related information is updated, and the items are grouped together.



3. When you Add or Edit a Sales Stage you'll have two values to fill in. The Sales Stage and Lead Group. The Lead Group represents the categorization of Lead Bookings at different stages of the sales process, from initial qualification to final outcome (won or lost).



All Sales Stages need to have a Stage Group Associated with them:

  • Qualification - All Lead Bookings prior to sending a trip proposal

  • Proposal - All Lead Bookings where a trip proposal was sent

  • Confirmed - All Lead Bookings that have been confirmed and waiting for either final payment or confirmation from supplier

  • Won - All Lead Bookings Won

  • Lost - All Lead Bookings Lost
