How to add AI Generated Content and Descriptions

In the fast-paced world of travel planning, time is precious. AI-generated content and descriptions offer a unique solution, enabling travel agents to quickly create custom content and descriptions for Trips, Accommodations, Content and Services. In this article, we'll delve into how these tools save time while delivering personalized experiences for clients.

1. Create Accommodations

When creating a new accommodation in Oasis, you'll notice a new input field for the hotel's URL:

Simply enter the URL for the hotel's website in this field, and Oasis will read the webpage and attempt to input all fields in Oasis, generate a description, and link any matching images from our public library. Here's the resulting accommodation from the above input:

As you can see, most of the fields were created automatically along with a description. This information should be verified as it is not always accurate.

2. Create Descriptions

Our new AI assistant can help create descriptions for your services, content, accommodations, and trips. The layout of the new AI Assistant allows you to rewrite a description, create a new description, or build a bulleted summary. Once you create your AI-Generated content, you can append your description or replace what you already have.

Rewrite Description - This option utilizes AI to enhance descriptions by rewriting them with vibrant language and compelling narratives. It utilizes the text in the Current Description box, transforming it into engaging, informative text.

⚠️ Important: In the event that the Current Description box is left empty, the AI will generate a random description.

New Description - This option will generate a brand new description based on the itinerary items such as Services, Accommodations and Content.

⚠️ Important: In the event that there are no itinerary options, the AI will generate a random description.

Bulleted Summary - Clicking this creates a concise bulleted list using information from the itinerary. If within Accommodation, Services, or Content, the bullet points will be based on the description.

Stop - This function interrupts and halts the AI Assistant's content generation process.

Length - Adjusts the length of the AI-generated text, ranging from Short to Long.

Copy - Quickly copies the AI-generated text to your clipboard.

Append to Description - Adds the AI-generated text to the end of the description, preserving the existing content.

Save as Description - Replaces the current description with the AI-generated one.

Where can you find these AI-Assistant options to create descriptions:

When creating a new Accommodation, you have the option to enter the hotel URL. The AI will then extract relevant information from the website and auto-fill as much as possible, saving you valuable time by eliminating manual data entry.
