Managing Currency settings is an important aspect of ensuring your travel bookings are accurate, especially when dealing with international clients and payments. Here's how you can add and edit your Currencies from your Company Profile.
To start, navigate to the Company Profile in the left hand menu, then click on the Lists tab.
There, you'll find a dropdown menu where you will select Currency from this list and hit the Search button. This will display all the currencies currently set up for your account.
If you need to add a new currency, simply click the green +Add button located in the top right corner. A pop-up window will appear with three fields: Currency, Currency Rate, and Display Currency Rate.
Note: When adding a new currency, make sure to input the Currency Name and the Currency Conversion Rate to USD to ensure accuracy across your bookings. |
Currency field, enter the name of the new currency.
Currency Rate is where you enter the conversion rate relative to USD.
Display Currency Rate is how that rate will be shown on the platform.
After filling in the necessary information, hit Submit to add the new currency to the list.
NOTE: If you delete or modify values in the currency list, it won’t affect existing records. The new values will only apply to future bookings. |
If you need to edit a currency that has already been added, click the blue Edit button located to the right of the specific currency. To delete a currency, you can use the yellow Delete button.
Additionally, there’s a menu icon to the far left of each currency that allows you to drag and drop currencies, reorganizing the list as needed.
