How to Add a New Invoice Type - Credit

Adding a new Invoice Type such as Credit allows you to apply credits on invoices when needed. This guide will walk you through where to find the setting in your company profile and how to add Credit as an option.



In the left navigation menu, click Company Profile. It is located near the bottom of the menu. At the top of the Company Profile page, click the Lists tab.


From the Lists dropdown, select Invoice Type and click Search to view your current invoice types. Click the green Add button.



In the prompt, enter Credit as the new Invoice Type, then click Add. Credit will now appear in your list of invoice types.




Reorder Invoice Types

If you'd like to adjust the order, use the list icon on the left of each row to drag and reposition the entries. The order set here is the same order shown when selecting an Invoice Type elsewhere in the platform.
