Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to Add or Upload Images in the Oasis Travel Platform.
1. Within the platform, images are organized into four main sections, each designed to enhance user experience:
The Upload tab enables users to add images from their devices directly to the platform.
The Gallery tab, users can browse company images or select from a curated collection.
The Folders tab allows users to organize stored images within designated folders for efficient management.
The Tags tab enables users to assign descriptive tags to images for easy classification and retrieval.
2. In the Upload tab, You can choose a Folder to help categorize images. Add Tags to help find relevant images later, and the Source, helps track the images origin. The Public toggle determines whether the image will be visible and usable by anyone, or, just shared within your company.
Finally, click Upload Image, or the Upload and Crop Image, to locate and complete the upload process.
For optimal results, upload high-resolution images. Main images should be at least 1500px x 600px, while other images (e.g., day-to-day, accommodations) should be at least 400px x 300px. |
3. To access your images, head over to the Image Gallery tab on the left menu. By default, you'll land on the Company tab, which stores all images uploaded within your company. These images are easy to find using folders and tags that were added during upload. Plus, there's a Related Tag section for quick filtering.
4. Under the Public tab, this area hosts images shared by various companies, and houses over 6,000 high-quality images curated by Oasis. These images spotlight regions such as Asia, Africa, and South America.
5. The Folders tab streamlines image organization, displaying key details like folder name, path, and image count.
6. In the Tags tab, users can quickly find relevant tags and see the number of images and documents associated with each tag.
