Welcome! Today, we'll quickly show you how to Add or Edit a Trips URL in the Oasis Travel Platform.
1. The Client URL, is a unique identifier associated with each trip, which is used at the end of the URL shown here in the example. To edit this part, we'll need to navigate to the Trip Itinerary.
2. Once the Trip Itinerary has been located, click on the System tab located to the right.
3. Under Client URL, you will find the URL ending associated with the Trip. The URL is created when a trip is created and can be edited at any time. The Oasis trip’s ID is used to create a unique URL. Editing the URL is a nice way to personalize the link for a client, e.g., Utley-family-trip.
If the client is already attached to a Lead Booking, the Client URL will be auto-filled with a unique Lead ID.
If there is no client attached to the Lead Booking, you can manually enter the Client URL.
Note: Avoid changing the URL after sharing the trip with clients, as previous links will no longer work.
