Clients Module Updates
We have added a new field named Client Type to the Clients module. This list comes populated with the 'Traveler' client type by default, but other values such as Media, Agent, etc. can be added in order to more easily manage and search for clients of different types.
You can add more Client Types in Company Profile > Lists > Client Type:
Accommodations and Suppliers update
You can now directly link accommodation records to specific suppliers:
A new System tab has been added to supplier records. This tab lists all linked accommodations and services:
Note: Links to all accommodations and services can now be found in the System tab and we have removed the dedicated 'View Accommodation' button.
Costs and Bills
We have added a dedicated Partner field for supplier bills. This is used when paying commission bills to Travel Agents and the like.
Note: You can only select a Supplier or a Partner for bills. They cannot be used together.
Add Partner Commissions
We've also revised the Cost Calculator making it easier to add agent commissions and fees. You can view our article about adding agent commissions here.
