There are three main ways to work with images in your HTML content:
- Inserting a new image
- Changing an existing image
- Adjusting the size of an image
Inserting a new image
Step 1. Click on the insert image button located in the content editor toolbar:
Step 2. Select a gallery folder or search for images using tags:
Step 3. Click search:
Step 4. Click on the image you'd like to use:
Step 5. Verify that the image has been inserted correctly:
Changing an existing image
Step 1. Click on an existing image, then select the change image button:
Step 2. Select a gallery folder or search for images using tags:
Step 3. Click on the image you'd like to use:
Step 4. Verify that the image has been inserted correctly:
Adjusting the size of an image
Step 1. Click on an image you'd like to adjust, then select the change image size button:
Is Responsive. We recommend leaving this checked, as it will ensure the images fits within the containing element
Responsive:
Not Responsive:
Sizing - Option A. Set only one dimension (width or height) and leave the other dimension blank:
This will create an image that is scaled so that it takes up as much space as possible within a bounding box defined by the given width OR height parameters. The original aspect ratio is retained and all of the original image is visible.
Sizing - Option B. Set the height and width (in pixels) that you'd like your image to be:
This will create an image with the exact given width and height while retaining the original aspect ratio, using only part of the image that fills the given dimensions if necessary (only part of the original image might be visible if the requested aspect ratio is different from the original aspect ratio).
