Release Notes - August 14, 2018

1. Upcoming Trips

We have added the dashlet called "Upcoming Trips" to the Dashboard options. This will show all upcoming confirmed trips up to 2 months out. 

To add the Upcoming Trips Dashlet to your dashboard, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to My Account

Step 2: Add Upcoming Trips Dashlet

Step 3: Link Upcoming Trips Dashlet

Step 4: Reorder Dashboard List

Step 5: Refresh Dashboard

2. Copying Public Accommodations to Private Library

We have added the ability to copy a Accommodation Record from the public library to your own specific company library. This will allow you to pull in the accommodation's name, URL, Address, Phone, Email, Description, and Room Types. Once you have copied the accommodation to your company specific library you can add the Type, Budget, Price, Images and edit any field within the record.  **You can no longer link public accommodations to your itineraries, you must copy first. If you have linked them in the past those will continue to work the same, just moving forward you should copy and link the version in your library**

Step 1: Search Public Accommodations

Note: You need to search for at least one parameter (i.e. City)

Step 2: On the Accommodation Record's top right corner click Copy

Step 3. Edit accommodation on your private library

Step 4. Add new accommodation to your itinerary.
